Our Working Method

Tradition and Precision in Every Step

To ensure the olive harvest faces as few obstacles as possible, the preparation of the land begins with mulching (cutting grass at ground level) and pruning.

Pruning is a crucial step in the harvest process as it prevents the growth of brambles and allows the nets used to collect the olives to glide smoothly and efficiently over a clean, well-maintained surface.

To guarantee an optimal and obstacle-free harvest, we start with careful land preparation. This includes mulching, which trims grass to ground level, and pruning, an essential step to keep the trees free of invasive brambles and old shoots. This preparation ensures that the nets used to gather the olives can move freely without hindrance, maximizing harvest efficiency.

Once the land is prepared, we lay out the nets and begin harvesting the olives. We use modern harvesting rods, both electric and mechanical, powered by a robust compressor and supported by our experience and dedication. With these advanced tools, we harvest olives quickly and efficiently without compromising fruit quality.

After the harvest, the olives are cleaned with a high-quality defoliator. This equipment gently separates leaves from the fruit, ensuring each olive is perfect before being transported to the mill for washing and milling.
