Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped on the next business day following receipt of the order. If you choose to pay via bank transfer in advance, shipping will occur on the next business day after the payment has been credited. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering, with shipping times ranging from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package, along with a phone number to facilitate contact with the courier. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with a contact number to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Additionally, you can specify a shipping address different from the billing address and opt for gift packaging for your purchases.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the quantity of products purchased. The exact cost will be automatically calculated during the order process and can be reviewed directly in the virtual shopping cart.
