GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE WEBSITE WWW.ILSABINODOP.IT

Contracts finalized through the website ilsabinodop.it fall under the category of distance sales contracts, between Il Sabino DOP (hereinafter also referred to as the Company), with registered office at Via Santa Maria, 61 – 02034 Montopoli di Sabina (RI), and the Consumer. These contracts involve the sale of products through an electronic selection process on the website ilsabinodop.it.

The sale is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which must be considered an integral and essential part of the purchase agreement. Customers are therefore invited to carefully read the terms of sale before placing an order. The Company reserves the right to update these terms of sale at any time, including for compliance with legal and regulatory changes. Updates will become effective from the date of publication on the website ilsabinodop.it.

Submitting an online order through the appropriate section of the website constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale in force at that time and represents the Customer’s agreement to the purchase, thereby concluding the sales contract.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

The process for handling purchase orders involves the following steps:

  1. Order Submission: The Customer submits an order via the appropriate section of the website.
  2. Order Acceptance: The Company accepts the order and sends an email to the Customer containing key details such as product quantity, price, payment method, shipping method and cost, delivery address, and billing information.

The acceptance and processing of the order will take place only after payment has been credited.

If the quantity of products ordered exceeds the Company’s stock, the Customer will be promptly informed via email and can choose to replace the unavailable product, modify the order, or cancel it at no cost. The Company will refund any amount already paid for unavailable products.

The Customer relieves the Company of any liability resulting from incorrect completion of the order form, including errors related to the delivery address or tax documents. Customers under 18 years of age are not authorized to place orders online.

SALE PRICES

Product prices displayed on the website are in € (Euros), inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, as well as packaging and handling fees. Shipping costs are not included. Promotions on product prices or shipping costs are valid only during their publication on the website. Payments can be made exclusively in € (Euros), and invoices will also display amounts in € (Euros). VAT numbers can be provided for invoicing purposes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer in advance.

  1. PayPal:
    Payments through PayPal allow the use of credit cards without requiring a PayPal account.
  2. Bank Transfer:
    For payments via bank transfer, it is recommended to send proof of the transaction by email to expedite shipping. Orders will only be processed after payment has been credited, which must occur within 10 (ten) working days of the order date. After this deadline, the order will no longer be valid and will be canceled. The transfer reference should include the name and surname or company name of the order placer, along with the order number and date.

SHIPPING

Products will be shipped on the next business day after receiving the order. For orders paid via bank transfer, shipping will occur on the next business day after payment is credited. The delivery address provided by the Customer during the ordering process will be used. Depending on the destination, deliveries may take 2 to 10 days, barring any unforeseen circumstances. For large shipments (over 100 kg) or international orders, please contact the Company directly at info@ilsabinodop.it for a personalized quote.

To ensure timely delivery, it is recommended to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package and a contact phone number.

The Customer may specify a shipping address different from the billing address and indicate whether the package is a gift.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Italy: A fixed fee of €15 is applied.
  • Abroad: A fixed fee of €30 is applied.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 no. 206)

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, they may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Il Sabino DOP, with registered office at Via Santa Maria, 61 – 02034 Montopoli di Sabina (RI), within 14 days of receiving the purchased products. Customers are encouraged to also send a preliminary notification via email to info@ilsabinodop.it, including order details.
